If I'm not studying, fishing or out on the bike, you'll find me with boot's on the ground supporting my participants with a holistic, person-centred attitude. Using tools learnt from my own lived experience with mental health struggles and substance dependence.

I have found happiness and fulfilment in supporting those in our community that are often overlooked, judged and stigmatized. I am passionately working towards removing barriers with a steady hand and advocating vioce.
